2. Cancellations before work begins

If work has not started and no deliverables have been shared, a full refund may be issued.

3. Refunds after work begins

Once work starts, refunds are typically prorated based on completed milestones.

4. Digital deliverables

Completed digital assets or delivered work are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days and processed to the original payment method when possible.

7. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of policy abuse or material breach of our Terms of Service.
